CAPRETTO AL FORNO
The unique taste of this dish comes out from a mix of the Tuscany’s and Romagna’s cooking traditions. The geographical position of the holiday farmhouse Manuela sums up the best of the two regions.

GOAT’S CHEESEGoat-breeding is carried on according to a complete production cycle: animal-food-milk-cheese. The goat’s milk is very particular because it is dietetic for its low fat content(max 3 %), has a high digestibility that makes it suitable for babies, for those who suffer from lactose allergy and has a unique taste.

 

 

FRUITS
The peaches and apricots you will eat at our farmhouse will amaze you but that is not strange, they have just been picked in our orchards at the right moment.

 

MARRONE DI CASTEL DEL RIO
Marrone di Castel del Rio (chestnut from Castel del Rio) has been a typical fruit of this region for more than 500 years . It has a unique taste which is different from the common chestnuts. It is praised in a fair every weekend of October in the village of Castel del Rio.
